This proposed notice covers the Chydio website, Chydio ID and support for Kraylet and Kraylet TCG. It does not grant access to a game. Game-specific data practices must be disclosed before the relevant service opens.
02 / Account information
Chydio ID uses a Google-operated identity service. Google or Apple supplies identity information you approve. Phone verification processes your number and verification traffic for authentication and abuse prevention. Chydio does not offer an email/password account.
Account identifiers, linked sign-in methods and account status support access and account security. Signing in does not make a game available or establish a purchase.
03 / Support and security
When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to handle your request, investigate reports and protect accounts. Send only relevant details. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Account and security records may be needed to investigate abuse and maintain the service. Analytics remains off unless you explicitly consent.
04 / Providers and payments
Authentication, hosting and email involve the providers that operate those services. Their handling must be described in the final notice. This preview does not enable checkout.
Where an existing transaction applies, payment providers handle payment details. Chydio may retain customer or order references and entitlement status; it does not store complete payment-card details. Removing a product from this website does not erase existing transaction or support records.
05 / Storage and retention
Sign-in and security features may use browser storage needed for the session. Data should be kept for the purpose it was collected and applicable operational or legal needs. Exact retention schedules, provider details, regional handling and request procedures remain subject to owner/legal review before publication.
06 / Your requests
Ask about access, correction, export or deletion at privacy@chydio.com. Requests currently receive verified manual review, rather than automatic export or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or deleting account information.
